Christmas is approaching, and to keep everything clear and simple, we have prepared an overview of the most important information regarding orders, delivery, and operations during the Christmas holidays and the turn of the year.

Guaranteed delivery by Christmas

We can guarantee delivery by Christmas Eve for orders placed no later than December 22, 2025 at 11:00 AM.

Unfortunately, due to the high workload of shipping carriers, orders placed after this deadline cannot be guaranteed as Christmas deliveries.

Order dispatch during the holidays

Order dispatch during the Christmas holidays will operate on a limited schedule:

December 23, 2025 – dispatch available
January 5, 2025 – limited dispatch
from January 9, 2025 – return to regular operation

On other days, delays in dispatch and communication may occur due to ongoing stocktaking. Thank you for your understanding.

Showroom closure in Potůčník

The Potůčník showroom will be closed from December 24, 2025 to January 11, 2025.

Store closure in Hradec Králové

The store in Hradec Králové will be open until December 23 at 3:00 PM and will then be closed from December 24, 2025 to January 6, 2025.

Online orders can be placed at any time; however, their processing follows the dispatch dates listed above.
