The new lightweight machined stem Kostka SK?2822?S2 made from high-strength aluminium alloy is equipped with a unique quick-mount solution for accessories such as bags, leash holders, and more. Thanks to optimization, we achieved a 15?% weight reduction. Our origin mark is laser-engraved so that you will always know where your footbike was born.

The frame with increased stiffness, based on a time-tested design, offers excellent ride characteristics along with an unforgettable riding experience. The main frame’s teardrop profile provides outstanding aerodynamics and has become an integral part of the signature look of KOSTKA footbikes. More space for the rider, optimal stiffness, and elegant lines are the foundational elements of the new generation frame.

The integrated kickstand slot, front reinforcement, and specially welded sections to increase stiffness and durability upon impact are already a standard we take pride in. The recessed rear axle prevents contact of the push-off foot with the bike, which positively affects overall ride comfort. Stainless adhesive features on the top of the deck ensure long-term grip surface durability and anti-slip properties.

The in-house design of KOSTKA hubs was developed with functionality and easy maintenance in mind. The innovative floating mount of high-quality Japanese low-friction bearings ensures precise backlash control, eliminating the need for complicated adjustments. The ability to remove hub end caps easily facilitates maintenance. Straight-pull spokes with Sapim stainless steel provide high rigidity.

The Schwalbe Marathon Racer tyres are the lightest in their category. A special rubber layer reinforced with a double nylon membrane offers puncture protection. The SpeedGrip natural rubber compound delivers excellent ride performance with minimal rolling resistance. The tyres feature reflective sidewalls and can be inflated to high pressure. Choosing the right tyres is one of the main factors in achieving a comfortable and effortless ride on a footbike.

Thanks to ergonomic handlebars KOSTKA FBH?680-50?Al?Wings, developed specifically for footbiking, you’ll feel true comfort. The end grips are adapted to your wrist and natural grip, preventing unnecessary strain. The handlebar shape also provides extra push-off space. Silicone grips dampen micro-vibrations from the ride. The new semi-integrated headset ensures an even stiffer and more precise fork connection to the frame.

High-quality Shimano hydraulic disc brakes together with double-wall rims reinforced sidewalls and 160?mm rotors ensure maximum safety and precise brake modulation. Ergonomic levers provide perfect comfort. Integrated internal brake hose routing in the frame ensures its protection.

The rear heel stop ensures a firm and precise position for your push-off foot. Machined from high-strength aluminium alloy. You’ll use it when pushing off or lifting your footbike with your foot to overcome obstacles like curbs. Its shape is optimized for all types of footwear. It’s also removable. The heel stop extends the deck and increases space for the rider, making push-offs and swapping feet easier than ever.
