Why does the MORXES Sport have sportier genes than its fellow MORXES Giro? It's down to the 28-inch front wheel, which has less rolling resistance and also - should you venture into light off-road terrain, which the Sport won't refuse to do either - a lower approach angle, in short, it'll go over bigger bumps. In general, the ride is also more comfortable with a larger front wheel, and if anything, it suits taller footbike riders more. It's just cool 😊

A synonym for MORXES could be "chrome-molybdenum", more precisely the hand-welded chrome-molybdenum steel (CrMo) frame and front fork, with its unmistakable cross bars in the main arch. The CrMo steel makes it possible to produce a very strong frame, but one that doesn't need an extra gram of material. Another synonym for Morxes could just as well be the phrase "high rigidity". To ensure you can carry plenty of fluids with you during intense workouts, the frame is fitted with two bidon handles. But if, for example, you use the lower one for a bidon and the upper one for a luggage holder, it will be your free choice on a long-distance trip, even literally heavy with other bags hiding survival gear in the wilderness, not excluding the honest Czech forest. Preparation for the lightweight Kostka stand is then standard on every frame.

It's not just the frame that makes a great footbike, but also the other components, especially the wheels. We produce the lightweight braided wheels on our own automatic line, which guarantees the necessary precision and general quality of assembly, including precise disconnection and adjustment of the braid. Top quality parts are used for the wheels: Hubs from our CNC machining centre with Japanese industrial bearings, lightweight double-walled rims with turned braking surface and Remerx anti-wear indicator groove, Sapim weave wires. The Schwalbe Marathon Racer tires have a subtle tread pattern, and are known among footbike riders for their effective puncture protection under the tread.

The V-brakes, including the brake levers, are part of the tried-and-true Shimano 4000 kit, and the "steering", which consists of low oversize swallows and a low-layout stem, is ITM.
